Shipping and Returns Policy
I. Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
Our facility operates and dispatches orders from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The designated carrier for all shipments is the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders for in-stock items placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are processed and dispatched on the same business day.
- Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after the 1:00 PM EST cut-off, or on weekends/holidays, will be dispatched on the following business day.
- Tracking Information: Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be generated. Please allow a brief period for this information to become active within the USPS tracking system.
II. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Delivery Timeline: The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 2-7 business days post-dispatch, contingent upon the selected shipping method and carrier performance. While we adhere to our same-day dispatch guarantee, HVN Bio does not guarantee final delivery dates.
- Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders with a subtotal exceeding $50.00 USD.
- Delivery Discrepancies: In the event a shipment is marked as ‘Delivered’ by USPS but has not been received, clients must notify us at support@hvnbio.com within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation timestamp. Failure to report non-receipt within this 48-hour window will preclude our ability to initiate a mail theft investigation with the USPS Postal Inspection Service, thereby voiding any eligibility for reshipment.
III. Shipping Exclusions
Please note that we are unable to ship to international destinations or to Army Post Office (APO) / Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses at this time.
IV. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations
- Return Eligibility: Due to the sensitive nature of our products (peptides), which can be subject to degradation if not handled under specific conditions, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than our own error. As we cannot verify the handling and storage conditions of products once they have left our facility, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. Returns are considered only in cases of documented shipping damage attributable to HVN Bio or confirmed manufacturer defects. We encourage clients to contact us to discuss any issues on a case-by-case basis.
- Damaged or Missing Items: Should an item be missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team immediately. Upon verification of the claim, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost. To ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent claims, all outgoing orders are photographically documented prior to dispatch.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are contingent upon the prior authorization and receipt of returned items. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method for the appropriate value of the returned goods.
- Order Cancellations: To request an order cancellation, please email support@hvnbio.com. We will make every effort to accommodate requests for orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered the shipping workflow.
- Disputes and Chargebacks: HVN Bio is committed to resolving all client issues directly. We require that you contact our support team to resolve any disputes before initiating a bank chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be treated as a fraudulent transaction. This will result in the client being restricted from future purchases, and HVN Bio reserves the right to pursue collection or legal action to the fullest extent of the law.
